How do I invite my team members to TruScope?

You can easily invite other team members to collaborate using TruScope.

TruScope encourages and is designed for collaboration. In fact, we we've placed no seat restrictions on the app so you can invite as many team members as you'd like. 

To invite additional users to TruScope, please make sure you're licensed for a Collaborative Project. If you are not yet licensed for a Collaborative Project, please upgrade your Individual Project license to a collaborative one.

Once you're in the project you'd like to add your team members to, please go to Project Settings and choose whether you'd like to invite by email or invite by code. 

To invite by email: input your team member's email into the input field and click "Invite". You will be prompted to include some information about the user's role and permission level. Click the blue "Invite" button when you're finished. Your team member will receive an email invitation allowing them to join your project at the role and permission settings you've allocated them. 

To invite by code: simply copy or share the code under the title "Invitations" at the top of the page. Your invitee will have to have a TruScope account already registered in order to join your project with a code. Once they set up their account, they'll select "Request Access" from the main dashboard menu after log-in (All Projects). They'll input the invite code to find your project and, if the codes match, they'll be able to join.
